P2 architects have always maintained a high quality residential arm to the
practice, providing a tailored service to our clients whether they wish to achieve a
modest alteration, a complete remodelling or an expansive development
opportunity.
As domestic architects we encompass a holistic view of residential design and offer an inclusive design process with the client from commencement through the design phase. We guide them through the planning process and draw up and submit planning drawings as well as statutory Building Regulations drawings and submissions. We assist can them though the technical design stage and can help in tendering for construction work with building contractors; finally we can draw up and manage the contract between the builder and client should the need arise.
As a consequence of our flexible working methods we have had the good fortune to work with some amazing private clients, whose enthusiasm, vision and faith have allowed us to design some beautiful spaces and interiors over the years. From the cotswolds, to islington, kensington to clapham and wentworth to chelsea, we have helped our private clients to fulfil their dreams and fit their purses.
We have also been an active supporter and participant for the past 6 years of the Royal Institute of British Architects (R.I.B.A) "Architect in the House" for which all proceeds go to "Shelter" together with "Ask an Architect live at Heals" and also "Grand Designs Live" at the Excel Centre. Whilst aiding worth charities these events also allow members of the public to gain some advice and insight into what architects and good levels of consideration and design can achieve.
